Description
Two Fulvous Whistling-Ducks waddle in single file across the dry, sandy ground, looking like they're late for a very important meeting. The first duck, with an air of determination, leads the way, while the second duck follows closely behind, seemingly unsure of the destination but committed to the cause. Their synchronized march gives the impression that they're practicing for a duck parade, complete with sandy floats and quacking marching bands. As they navigate the terrain with their webbed feet, they occasionally stop to inspect a particularly interesting patch of sand, as if deliberating the merits of a potential snack. This odd duo presents a comical sight, turning a mundane stroll into a hilarious duck adventure. Photographed at the Brookgreen Gardens, South Carolina.
